01

Getting Started

Everything you need to know about working with Industry Ignitors

From the first conversation to a clear path, we make it easy to get started. Here are answers to common questions about our process, communication, and what to expect.

How do I get started?

Start with a free website review. We’ll look at your current website, learn about your business, and identify practical opportunities to improve it. If working together makes sense, we’ll recommend the most appropriate package and provide a clear proposal.

What industries do you work with?

We primarily work with Wisconsin service businesses, including contractors, home-service companies, local professionals, and other owner-operated businesses. Our approach works best for companies that rely on their website to build trust, generate inquiries, and help customers take the next step.

How quickly can we begin?

Timing depends on our current project schedule and the scope of your website. Once your proposal is approved, the setup investment is received, and we have the information we need, we’ll confirm a kickoff date and project schedule.

What information do you need from me?

We’ll need basic information about your business, services, customers, service area, goals, and what makes your company different. We’ll guide you through the process, so you won’t need to arrive with perfectly written content or a detailed website plan.

Will I work with a real person?

Yes. You’ll work directly with Glen Pavlovich, founder of Industry Ignitors. You’ll have a real person who understands your business, knows your website, and remains available after it launches.

How long does a website project take?

Most small-business website projects take approximately six to ten weeks from the project kickoff. The timeline depends on your package, number of pages, required features, availability of materials, and how quickly feedback and approvals are provided.

Once your proposal is approved, the setup payment required to begin is received, and we have the necessary information, we’ll confirm your kickoff date and expected completion schedule.

What’s included in a website project?

Every project includes professional design and development, mobile-friendly construction, essential forms, testing, and launch support. Strategy, copywriting, local-search preparation, integrations, and other features vary by package and are clearly outlined in your proposal.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Yes. Your website will be designed to work across phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. We pay particular attention to mobile readability, navigation, buttons, forms, and load performance.

Can you help with content and copywriting?

Yes. Professional copywriting is included with our Business Builder and Custom Growth packages. We’ll learn about your business and customers, then develop clear website content that explains your value and encourages visitors to take action.

Do you handle domain names and hosting?

Yes. We provide managed website hosting and can help connect, configure, or register your domain name. Whenever possible, your domain will be registered in your name so you retain control of it.

03

Monthly Support

Ongoing care for a website that performs.

Our monthly support keeps your website secure, updated, and running smoothly so you can focus on your business.

Security First

Monitoring, updates, and protection.

Always Up to Date

Core, plugin, and content updates.

Direct Support

Help from someone who already knows your website.

What’s included in monthly support?

Every monthly plan includes managed hosting, security monitoring, routine maintenance, software updates, backups, and access to support. Content updates, performance reviews, and growth-focused services vary by package.

Do I have to be on a support plan?

Yes. Industry Ignitors provides websites as an ongoing managed service rather than a one-time build-and-handoff project. The monthly plan keeps your website hosted, protected, maintained, and supported after launch.

How quickly do you respond to support requests?

Support requests are reviewed as quickly as possible during normal business hours, with urgent website problems receiving priority. We’ll acknowledge your request, explain what is needed, and keep you informed until it is resolved.

Can you make content updates for me?

Yes. We can update text, images, services, staff information, forms, and other routine website content. The amount of ongoing update time depends on your package, while larger additions or new functionality may require a separate estimate.

What if something breaks on my website?

Contact us and we’ll investigate. If the issue involves the website, hosting, security, or software we manage, we’ll work to restore normal operation as quickly as possible. If an outside service is responsible, we’ll help identify the problem and coordinate the next steps.

04

Pricing & Ownership

Transparent, straightforward, and fair.

We believe in clear pricing, clear ownership, and dependable website management. Here are answers to common questions about your investment, ongoing service, and what happens if you decide to leave.

Setup Investment

A one-time investment to plan, build, and launch your website.

Monthly Service

Ongoing hosting, security, maintenance, and support.

You Own Your Website

Your website, your content, and your brand—always.

How does pricing work?

Website pricing has two parts: a one-time setup investment and an ongoing monthly plan. The setup investment covers planning, design, development, testing, and launch. The monthly plan covers hosting, security, maintenance, support, and the ongoing services included with your package.

Are there any long-term contracts?

Once your initial website build is completed and paid in full, you can cancel your ongoing managed website plan with 30 days’ written notice. Service and applicable charges continue through the notice period.

We’ll confirm your service end date and explain the steps for taking over your website. Cancellation does not include a refund of completed work or previously provided services.

Do I own my website?

Yes. You own your business content, brand materials, and domain registration rights. Once your setup investment is paid in full and your website is completed, you also own the finished website and the custom work created for your project.

While your managed website plan is active, Industry Ignitors handles website administration, hosting, security, and technical settings. Third-party software, licensed assets, and subscriptions remain subject to their providers’ terms and may require replacement licenses if you move to another provider.

Will I have access to the website backend?

Industry Ignitors retains exclusive administrative access while we manage your website. This allows us to maintain a consistent, secure environment and prevent changes that could interfere with its operation.

When you need an update, send it to us. We’ll handle changes according to your package’s included services. If you end your managed website plan, we’ll provide the transferable website files and database so you or your new provider can take over.

Can I take my website with me if I leave?

Yes. Once your website is completed and your setup investment is paid in full, we’ll provide a standard export of your website files and database and help hand over control of your domain.

You or your new provider will arrange replacement hosting and any required software licenses, subscriptions, or API accounts. Tools supplied through Industry Ignitors may need to be replaced or reconfigured. Additional migration or rebuilding work can be quoted separately.

Hosting and management end after your 30-day cancellation notice period unless you arrange a paid extension. We’ll retain a recovery copy for an additional 30 days before deleting it from active storage. Backup copies may remain until they expire under our backup schedule.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept common electronic payment methods, including ACH transfers and major credit or debit cards. Available payment options and due dates will be shown clearly on your proposal and invoices.
